How is the software 100% transparent?
EZ Platform allows the seller, all buyers, and all potential buyers the bidding price of the home! This allows all parties to know exactly how much they may need to be in to the deal in order to win the bidding! No more best and final offer or not knowing if your client just paid a little more, they would be getting their dream home.
How do listing agents offer 0% commission to a seller?
The EZ Platform bidding strategy is based off a buyer premium! Each buyer that purchases a home on EZ pays a premium, which is baked into the final price of the home. This allows the buyer to include the premium into the loan, and not come out of pocket for it! Since it is a buyer premium, the seller of the home does not need to pay a commission. No more worrying about sellers paying inflated commission prices! Some of the listings agents that use EZ do charge a commission to their seller, but that is at their own discretion. We recommend a 6% buyer premium added to the price, as this allows 2.5% to the listing agent, 2.5% to the buying agent, and 1% to EZ Platform for operation cost. EZ takes 1% of the sale price of the home at a maximum of $5,000. Some agents charge an even higher buyer premium. The strategy that you want to utilize is totally up to you. We have trainings with some of our top agents that go into detail about how they go about their commission strategies.
